  1. Great interview! A lot of gold in the commentary – one thing she talked about that my team and I are trying to fix is the idea of using pop-ups for email opt-in forms. It’s very rare that you talk to people who actually like pop-ups, but at the same time, the “motion” or “action” of the pop-up demands attention. She hit the nail on the head – timing is important.
