I can't recommend this book enough, even if you don't have a website. We are implementing "free shipping" on all our orders based on the book. We are fortunate in that we can use US Postal Service for the free shipping and incur very minimal cost AND provide something that customers value. I'm hoping to improve our conversion rate.
