Is there a way to associate products in upsales without doing each product individually? The problem we are running into is taking the time to start the process of adding upsale items to exisitng. Do you have any feedback?

Great post Linda. Unfortunately, a lot of e-commerce retailers assume that the user will jump through hoops to purchase recommendations rather than just buy what they came for. There is a lot of nuance involved and you provided some good examples. It come down to displaying the right item at the right time, providing relevant/needed info, making it intuitive to add to order, and then getting out of the way.
