Off the top of my head I really don't know what retailers work this way, but I would recommend you post in as many affiliate forums as you can, you will be able to connect with affiliate managers and online retailers. You could also get advice from other affiliate marketers on this question.
Here are some good places to start:
http://forum.abestweb.com/
http://affiliate-marketing-forums.5staraffiliateprograms.com/
http://www.affiliateforum.com
http://www.revenuesource.com/
Also, you should check out Facebook's application directory. There are many new apps launched every day, so there are probably more now than I covered in this post. Go here and search for "shopping" in the apps search engine:
http://www.facebook.com/apps/
Hope that helps.

Hi IdeaTagger,

Off the top of my head I really don’t know what retailers work this way, but I would recommend you post in as many affiliate forums as you can, you will be able to connect with affiliate managers and online retailers. Basically, I am looking for one or more online merchants (preferably with affiliate programs) that allow users to give gifts without necessarily knowing the recipient's address. I figured that the recipient could redeem the gift by providing their address, just as you describe for socialflowers in this post. Sadly flowers alone are not enough for my app. Do you happen to know any other stores that operate in a similar way?

Great summary.
