There is a great problem in designing HTML emails in gmail as the offlines images cannot be copy-pasted directly.

I found that in emails where I added buttons beside images (favicons) to link to pages of my website, IE placed a line break between the two. Also, there is evidently no line break character. Is there any way to prevent this?
