Unfortunately, their 100% Approved BBB Status is technically correct, but misleading as you&#039;ve pointed out.  One thing I&#039;ve noticed, and I wonder if there are any studies on this, is that most users simply look for these &quot;seals&quot; and don&#039;t actually check their validity.
