Personas, yes but segmenting by personality types - I would imagine this is verrry risky - as a person can be in a different frame of mind depending on the day. You&#039;d need a lot of history to track open rates on an individual basis to notice patterns, testing 4 types of subject lines, then deliver more and more targeted subject line versions to the different types.
