  1. So one of the single best things you can do is set your cart up to send abandoned order emails?

  2. Good infographic! Very high level, especially when looking at trust logos. In 2011 I conducted research on the trust logos themselves and found that even here there are some pitfalls you need to avoid. More than 70% of those interviewed said that they would not buy from a vendor if they did not recognize the trust logo shown.
