Linda, Jason, great topic to be covered. While we don't offer PR services ourselves, we've been looking for PR professionals with a particular strength in PR for eCommerce merchants and have yet to really find someone with that distinct specialty. There are a few strong PR/SEO firms for social PR but I'm talking in the traditional sense. Sometimes, the highest value links you can generate (from an SEO perspective) on a site from the major news media can be cracked with "traditional" methods of PR while I find that the social PR can get more online coverage but typically from smaller or more niche sites.

Interesting interview. The Biggest thing I got from it was, on how to do a really good video, in my opinion.

1. I do like people who talk with their hands, I guess that’s because I do it also.

2. I think (talking with your hands) makes the video more interesting.

3. A interesting background, non descript in some ways, but the hand moving keep me focused on her and what she was talking about.

4. The camera shot was a bit lower than her face, another good move.

I will use these ideas when I start doing some videos myself later on, way to go Jason & crew.
