What caught my eye here was the 404 page. In general, we can all take a lesson here so as to be sure whatever we do does not lead a visitor to a 404 page. Not specific to Google (who I’ve found near impossible to contact regardless of issue), I am truly amazed at how many times in a day I’m shown a 404 page. That is a sale lost, and they probably won’t bother to come back.
