It would be great to split test different ways to display this information - or even to have more than one link to the deadline page and see which gets most clicks. Centre stage mixed in with the products and offers - or at the top near the other &#039;non-product&#039; links.</description>

For me, shipping deadlines use a different part of my brain and therefore need to be explained in a different way - and possibly at a different stage in the buying process. And this changes with time.

For example early in the season it&#039;s not an issue - I just assume that my gifts will be delivered on time and I would get very cross if they weren&#039;t.

But with just 2 days to go it&#039;s top priority - the first thing I look for on a website. If it takes more than a few seconds to find out then I&#039;m off to a different site.</description>
