		<description>Douglas, While you may be correct about not requiring an unsub link, that is a bad practice. Remember that CAN-SPAM is in place to help prosecute spammers, not to identify best practices. You should always strive to be far above the CAN-SPAM requirements.

Put your recipients first; if you are creating a good, customer-centric, email marketing program then you shouldn&#039;t be afraid to plaster unsub links all over every message.</description>

		<description>CAN-SPAM is scary though and because the laws are subject to interpretation I know that in my experience we err on the side of caution, but like I said, that is just a personal thing.</description>
