		<description>This is very true, analytics offer a one sided blinkered view that should be balanced out with the use of other observations and testing. Customer feedback is extremely important. Anaylics can&#039;t tell you about annoying usability or bad design.</description>

		<description>Thanks for the great reminder. It&#039;s so easy to get caught up in what we&#039;re doing and producing, that we forget what our users experience is. It is worth the time to look through their eyes every once in awhile to see what we&#039;re missing.</description>
