  2. Hi Jorge, it’s just as easy to pay cash or credit card as use a mobile wallet (which accesses stored cards anyway). Hence the low-ish adoption in all retail.

    It’s not unusual to see a smaller sample size exhibit higher engagement, there’s a scale effect for the more popular wallets that dilutes active use (many more have installed Apple Pay, for example, but stopped using it). Another reason may be that newer Apple phones require Face ID vs touch to use Apple Pay, making it less fast, convenient or even awkward in-store.
